FlightGear win32 daily snapshots

All files are built statically using mingw32 4.4.2. However, one dll is 
still needed : mingwm10.dll. Without this file FlightGear would crash 
due to a problem with c++ exceptions use in threads (it has been 
explained many times on the mingw-users mailing-list, use the search 
button :)).

Each snapshot is compiled from daily SVN/CVS sources of:
- plib
- simgear
- flightgear
- fgrun

It contains the following libraries:
